What is Breathe & Exhale?

Breathe & Exhale or what we like to say B&E is a quarterly subscription box that caters to the whole woman! Breathe & Exhale 360 takes care of the woman's mind, body, and soul to remind woman to take a moment to breathe and exhale for their own personal retreat. Every quarter, we hand pick quality items to allow women to have their self-care at home.  Each box will have different items to enjoy your quality time from indoor to outdoor activities. 

 I want to subscribe, but I do not see the option to subscribe on your website.  What should I do?

We want you to join the B&E community, please sign up to be a part of our mailing list.  You may also Love, or Like us on Facebook, IG, or Twitter to stay up on when we open the doors for new subscribers.  

How can I share photos or unboxing videos with you?

Yes!  We would love to see photos and videos from our B & E community!  We invite you to join our Facebook community at Breathe & Exhale 360.  Tag us on IG and Twitter at Breathe & Exhale 360.  You may also hashtag us at #myB&Ebox #breatheandexhalebox.  If you blog, please email us the link at support@breatheandexhale360.com. If your page is private, we will not be able to view your photos or videos, so email us to check it out.  

 Can I change my size preference for future boxes?

Yes, you may sign in to your account and update your size preference before the next quarter.  

 When is my renewal date?

You will be rebilled on the 1st of the quarter for the next box.  The quarter dates are January, April, July, and October.

 What if I need to skip a quarter or put my subscription on hold?

You can skip a future quarterly delivery and not be billed for it without cancelling your subscription.  You may sign into your account and manage the delivery schedule.

 What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel at any time before the next bill cycle.  You may login to your account and manage your account.  If you have been billed for the next box (1st of the quarter), your cancellation will take affect the next billing cycle.

 Can I exchange or return items in my box? 

We cannot accept returns at this time for Breathe and Exhale items, but we encourage you to provide us feedback to improve.  Email us at support@breatheandexhale.com.  We carefully handpick the items that are in your box, so our goal is to always provide quality and amazing products.  You can always gift the item to a family member or friend.  Our items make great gifts!

 I didn't receive my B & E box, what should I do?

Oh No!  All boxes come with tracking.  Breathe and Exhale is not responsible for any lost or stolen boxes once delivered or incorrect address entered by the customer.  You may submit claims with the tracking information.  Please make sure your address is correct, is a secure location for delivery, and/or request for pick up for a safe delivery.

 Does B & E ship internationally?

No. Unfortunately, at this time Breathe and Exhale only ships within the United States.

 What if I moved and need to change my address?

You may update your address in your account.  We encourage you to make sure your address is current before the next bill cycle.

 How do I reactivate my subscription?

You may reactivate your account by signing into your account.  You may also email us at info@breatheandexhale.com

 What if I received a damaged product?

We accepted damaged, or defective items.  Please take a picture of the item within 14 days, and email us at support@breatheandexhale.com.  If an item is missing, please email us at support@breatheandexhale.com.

 What is your refund policy?

We honor full refund within 24 hours of placing the order.  You must email us at support@breatheandexhale.com.  We cannot process refunds once you have received your quarterly box, but we welcome your feedback at support@breatheandexhale.com. 

What if my account has insufficient funds when I subscribe or when I am re-billed?

If your card is declined for insufficient funds or is expired at the time of renewal, Breathe and Exhale will automatically try again.  If we are not successful for the quarter, your subscription will be moved to the next quarter.  Please ensure your card information is up to date.  Breathe and Exhale is not responsible for any overdraft fees from your bank or credit card.
